QCan I pick my car up from the airport?
AOur usual procedure is to shuttle our customers back to where they are staying during their time in Spain and having the car ready for them at their destination. Most people prefer this as it means no driving on strange roads after a long day of travelling.
If you do wish to pick the car up from the airport, please include this in the booking form and we will try our best to accommodate.
QHow do I pay?
ACash, card, or bank transfer, it’s up to you.
QWhen Do I Pay?
AAny time before the hire or on the day you arrive.
QDo you have Automatic cars available?
AWe do but they are in high demand, so book as soon as possible.
QAre pets allowed in the car?
AWhen booking please specify if you'd like a pet-friendly car and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
QCan we leave Spain with the hire car?
AOur cars are only insured to be driven in Spain.
QAre there any age limits on hiring cars from Caracola?
ANo, if you have an in-date driver's license for the duration of your rental you can drive our cars regardless of your age.
QIs there a minimum or maximum length for car hire?
ANo, you can hire for as long as you want, but if you wish to extend your hire duration you need to let us know as soon as possible and we will see whether your car is available for a rental extension.
QWhat happens if we break down?

QWhat happens if my flight is delayed?
ADon’t worry, we constantly monitor our clients' flights to make sure we know when you're arriving so we can meet you as planned, but we also ask for you to keep us updated.
